Power cable socket & assembly.               Basic model.  
Brass bar cut from length showing blunt end,                 with no extra parts inside faceplate
five piece's like this will be used to construct
the pins in the power cable socket.

To achieve the blunt end for the power socket                    Ready assembled power socket fixed to plate.
place bar in the chuck of a drill and spin while
using a file to shape the blunt end.
